What information is collected and how?

There is no information collected by this website other than the use of cookies (please see section on cookies for further information).

There are links available on our website which allow the user to get in touch with the department of their choice directly via email. There is no information gathered in regard to the content of the email, which is separate to the website.

Why do we collect it and for what purpose?

Links from which you can send an email for your enquiry are available on our website, rather than a Contact Form. As previously mentioned, this means there is no information collected from the website with regard to enquiries.

There are three email addresses to choose from:

• General Enquiries (new and existing clients)
• Sales Enquiries (new and existing clients)
• Accounts Enquiries (existing clients)

Once an email is received to the address chosen, we use the information provided by you to respond to your specific query accordingly. If other means of contact information are provided (such as telephone number), we may also use these channels to get in touch with you.

Information is provided on the basis of there being a legitimate interest between both parties. You can withdraw your consent for further contact from us at any time, however this may compromise our ability to answer your query.

What information is kept?

Any information kept is independent of the website.

Once an email enquiry is received on site, only information relevant to the purpose of your query is kept, nothing more. At times, we may request further information from you however this will be for the sole purpose of providing you with the service you require.

There is no benefit to us of holding more information than is required and as such we periodically review data to ensure it is up to date by means of amending or deleting records as appropriate.

Is any information shared with Third Parties?

Information you provide on your email, may at times be disclosed to Third Parties for the sole purpose of fulfilling your request. These Third Parties will mostly consist of suppliers such as couriers, packaging suppliers and printers from whom we ourselves, require a cost.

Any Third Parties that receive your information are required to maintain confidentiality.

You may withdraw consent for us to share your information at any time however this is with the understanding that we may not be able to accommodate your request.

Information may, at times, have to be shared with Authorities on a lawful basis. This means we would be legally obliged to provide this information and will do so without question.

How long will we keep your information?

Unless a contract is agreed between us and you, we will keep your information for a period of 12 months.

It is your right to request that we delete your information any time you wish during this period with the understanding that we may not be able to provide you with information about our services unless you give consent at a later time for us to do so.

How is your information protected?

Any information you provide to us is stored securely on site where it is kept as accurate and up to date as possible. Data is only kept for so long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which its use is intended.
